With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she specializes in intellectual property (IP) and regulatory strategies for market expansion. She has deep expertise in competitive market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic growth planning across the human and animal health sectors.

Her work spans collaborations with private enterprises, public institutions, philanthropic organizations, and development funding agencies. She has played a key role in analyzing India’s animal vaccines and diagnostics industry, supporting the Department of Biotechnology (GoI) in strengthening the country’s translational research ecosystem. Divyya has also assisted numerous large corporations and startups in accessing platform technologies and biomaterials through technology transfer, enabling accelerated product and portfolio development.

Divyya has extensive experience in business plan development, helping organizations build commercially viable and scalable models for growth. She has provided strategic guidance on technology trends, product implications, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio expansion. Her expertise includes evaluating market entry strategies, assessing growth opportunities, and structuring partnerships for sustainable business growth. She has supported the development of animal healthcare delivery institutions and vaccine manufacturing facilities in India and Africa by reviewing technology feasibility, optimizing operational models, and formulating business strategies that align with evolving market needs.

Divyya is actively engaged in OneHealth initiatives across South Asia, and also contributes to capacity-building programs focused on best practices in technology transfer and entrepreneurship development.

She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights, and is a registered patent agent in India as well as a Registered Technology Transfer Professional.
