Divyya is Associate Vice President in the healthcare advisory group at Sathguru Management Consultants. She has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare and lifesciences industry with knowledge in IP and regulatory implications for steering markets. She has immense expertise in landscaping for competitive market analysis, identification of opportunities for strategizing growth and innovation advancement across human and animal health industry and worked extensively with the private and public sector. She has been involved in landscaping the animal vaccines and diagnostics industry in India to provide required recommendation to the Department of Biotechnology, GoI for enhancing the translation research ecosystem in India; involved in enabling access to multiple technology and biomaterial through assisting several large companies and startups through technology transfer assistance. Has also been involved in assessing feasibility for development of animal healthcare delivery institutions, developing of ruminant vaccine manufacturing facilities in India and Africa by reviewing technology trends, technology and product implications for the business plan, go-to-market strategy and business plan, portfolio development support through partnership structuring. Divyya is involved in multiple OneHealth initiatives across South Asia. She is also involved in many capacity building initiatives for enhancing best practices for technology transfer and entrepreneurship development. 

Divyya has a PhD in Molecular Biology and a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights. She is a registered patent agent in India and a Registered Technology transfer Professional.
