Note: Submission of a pitch deck does not constitute an offer of investment, a commitment to invest, or an agreement of any kind. All submissions are reviewed at the sole discretion of Sathguru Catalysers.

By submitting a pitch deck, You agree that:

• The information You provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading;
• You have the authority to share the submitted materials on behalf of the company concerned;
• Sathguru Catalysers may retain and review the submitted materials for internal evaluation purposes in accordance with Our Privacy Policy;
• Sathguru Catalysers is under no obligation to respond to, evaluate, or act upon any submission;
• Submission does not create any confidentiality obligation on the part of Sathguru Catalysers unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed in writing between the parties.
